I have always received great service from Fern Creek over the past 3 years, however my most recent visit is worth noting.Sunday evening I lost a filling while flossing. Called Fern Creek at 7 AM Monday morning and they were able to see me at 10 AM, same day. Dr. Patel and Fernando were exceptional as always and the entire office staff were awesome to deal with.Always appreciate great customer service when you need it. Thanks again!

This was one of the best experiences of my life. I immediately felt at home. Dr Patel was absolutely amazing. The staff was very welcoming and personable. I always get very nervous at the dentist but not one ounce of nervousness during my entire visit so that says a lot! Can’t wait for my return appointment.

Everyone at the clinic is very professional. The doctor made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Ana took care of me and she didn't just clean my teeth but taught me how to take care of them more.She is very knowledgeable and I love that she went above and beyond taking care of me.

A broken tooth brought me to Fern Creek, but the quality of care I have gotten there will keep me there for sure.I first visited a different dentist office after I had a tooth break as they could see me the quickest. I felt rushed through and only the most expensive option, an implant, was emphasized. They didn’t even really seem to think getting my broken tooth fixed was a priority and wanted to do several other steps prior to fixing the broken tooth in my mouth.When I visited Fern Creek they were incredibly kind and explained all my options to fix the broken tooth and then address another problem area before focusing on cleanings and such. Dr. Lee quickly put me at ease as he explained things thoroughly and the different options, their advantages and their costs. The office staff provided quotes so that I could make an informed decision.At my scheduled appointments, all the staff I interacted with were helpful and kind. I’m sorry I don’t recall Dr Lee’s assistant’s name, but she was great!I really appreciated them noticing my curiosity in what was happening and showing me photos and explaining what was happening and why/how. During my second procedure, we had to change course and again, Dr Lee was thorough in explaining what he ran into and how we should proceed with my different options. I really appreciated his demeanor and how much he cared that I know the options, the benefits and the costs associated with each. I never felt like they just wanted to just make money off me as a patient but genuinely wanted me to feel good about my investment and the use of everyone’s time.A great dental office with great staff!
